S300 - Masterstation Independent Telemetry

CSE Servelec is pleased to announce a new concept for easy to use,
cost-effective telemetry for remote monitoring of a wide range of plant.
Whereas in the past it has been necessary to install telemetry
outstations which then communicate back to a relatively high cost
master-station either owned by the client or via a third-party, hosted,
bureau type service; our recently launched S300 and S600 range of
outstations have embedded web-server technology thus incorporating
full telemetry, master-station type functionality within the autonomous
outstation unit.

This means that once the unit is installed there is minimal cost associated with the outstation. Alarms can be sent out, directly from the outstation, by either SMS text to a mobile ‘phone or other compatible device or via email. Should the user at any time require access to data from the outstation, due to the incorporated web-server technology, the client merely logs onto the unit via the secure TwinView software package and views the required data using their PC, lap-top, PDA etc’s browser functionality.
