RiO is a Community, Mental Health and Social Care Record System designed for organisations that need a single source of clinical and administrative information providing improved client care and increased productivity.

RiO is a totally web based solution supporting paperless clinical records, NSF processes and all aspects of administration.

Since its launch in 2001, RiO has been successfully implemented in 13 NHS Trusts throughout the country with a user base of over 6000 users.
