UK Systems Integrator Announces Major Expansion
Sheffield based systems integrator, CSE-Servelec Group Limited,
is continuing its expansion through the acquisition of Scomagg Limited,
a company based in Scotland which provides system integration services
to the oil & gas, power generation, utilities and food &
beverage industries.
Scomagg, employing approximately 100 staff and operating from offices
in Aberdeen, Motherwell and Rotherham, provides a wide range of
technology driven consultancy services, information management solutions,
systems integration and system support services for many blue chip
clients in the public and private sectors.
Scomagg’s business will complement the CSE Servelec Group’s existing
skills and capability and provide a base to expand activities within
the oil & gas, power generation, water & utilities and food
& beverage sectors. In particular, Scomagg has a strong presence
in the North Sea oil & gas sector, as well as established relationships
in power generation. As a systems integrator specialising in the
provision of technology services, Scomagg is a close strategic fit
with the CSE Servelec Group.
CSE Servelec’s Group annualised turnover exceeds £17 million and
the acquisition of Scomagg will increase this by a further 40%.
The expanded business will have a greater financial strength and
engineering capability to target further growth and expansion whilst
enhancing customer offerings.
