CSE celebrates record-breaking turnover and a successful year of growth
CSE Global (UK) celebrates another spectacular year of growth with a record turnover of more than £30 million.
Despite the global economic downturn, CSE has set new records with profits and turnover reaching an all-time high.
The 2008 financial year was the most successful ever in the history of the company, with Group profit before taxes increasing by 40 per cent.
The ongoing success of the company has seen the implementation of a £1 million expansion plan creating 50 new jobs and increasing growth for the Sheffield based Group.
Alan Stubbs, CSE's Managing Director, said, "The Company has had another very good year despite the challenging environment. We have now delivered five successive years of record revenue and profits.
Our results reflect an exceptional year for all our business divisions and we are confident that the excellent year-end order bank and our current prospects will enable sustained growth and development which will form a solid platform for further success in 2009".
CSE Global (UK), formally known as the CSE Servelec Group, is the parent company of CSE Controls, CSE Healthcare Systems and CSE Servelec.
CSE, whose expertise lies in software development, systems integration and turnkey project management, has an outstanding track record in such diverse markets as the water industry, oil & gas, energy and healthcare.
The RiO Health and Integrated Care Record System is being implemented by the Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts in London, as part of the UK's National Programme for IT. Major telemetry systems were also delivered for the BBC World Service and the UK Met Office.
Existing UK customers, such as BT, Welsh Water, the NHS and BP, along with clients in the Middle East and Africa, appreciate the exceptional standard of service and expertise they have come to expect from CSE.
