CSE Servelec Awarded International Standard for IT Service Management

CSE-Servelec Limited is pleased to announce that it has achieved one of the industry’s highest awards for IT Service Management, the ISO 20000-1:2005.

The standard, issued by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, has been awarded to CSE’s Healthcare Systems Support Group and acknowledges the company’s capability in effective delivery of IT services to its customers.

CSE is one of approximately 40 companies in the UK that have achieved this and, in order to meet the standard, CSE has demonstrated exceptional effectiveness in the design, implementation and integration of IT service management procedures for delivery to both internal and external customers.

Kate Stead, Service Delivery Manager for CSE, stated “achievement of this standard reflects our desire to provide the highest quality of service possible to our healthcare customers.  As a result of this success, we plan to implement the accreditation to other areas of our business by the end of 2009.”
