Key Clinical Services Benefit from
National Care Record System at Ealing PCT

Since going live in December with the new NHS care records service system, Ealing PCT has successfully implemented RiO within health visiting, school nursing, podiatry, child health and district nursing.

The RiO care record system, which is developed by CSE Servelec, provides the PCT with a single electronic patient record, accessible from anywhere within the trust.

BT, the Local Service Provider for London, hosts and deploys the system as part of the NHS National Programme for IT.

The 200 users registered to use the system so far benefit from RiO’s seamless clinical processes across children’s services as well as its advanced caseload and resource management for therapy and nursing services.
