New Chapter for CSE Servelec Group

As part of an exciting new chapter in the company’s growth and development, CSE-Servelec Group Ltd has announced a strategic restructuring of its business groups which will focus on enhancing the relationship it shares with its customers.

One of the most fundamental changes to take place will be the renaming of the Company to CSE Global (UK) Limited.  This will help to bring the UK organisation more in-line with its parent company and to reinforce the global CSE brand.

Currently, CSE Global (UK) Limited is divided into six business groups, including:

  Business Solutions
   Healthcare Systems
   Control Solutions (including CSE Servelec s.r.o.)
   Customer Support
   CSE Scomagg
   CSE Seprol

The new reorganisation will see a number of tactical changes to the existing business structure.  These will include:

  Healthcare Systems and Healthcare Support will combine forces to become CSE Healthcare Systems.
  Business Solutions and Telemetry Support will remain as CSE Servelec but will also include CSE Seprol.
Control Solutions, CSE Servelec s.r.o and CSE Scomagg will integrate to become CSE Controls.

The official alignment of the three groups is intended to drive forward business improvements in the services CSE delivers.  Customers will immediately see the benefits of this integrated business structure and be a fundamental part of the Company’s future success.

These new changes will take affect from January 2009 and will see a more customer centric organisation emerge ready to proactively engage with its customers ensuring sustainable business growth for the future.
