Your relationship with CSE Servelec needn’t end with the purchase of one of our high quality Monitoring & Control or Data Management Systems. We are one of the few companies in our field to offer a team of skilled engineers who are totally dedicated to Customer Support. Competitively priced maintenance agreements can be tailored to suit your specific requirements, giving added value to your initial investment.
You can take advantage of telephone support 24 hours per day, or if you wish, an engineer will visit your site. Security is always a priority, particularly in sensitive environments such as the NHS, where we have been granted NHSnet Approved Access to support our own data management systems.
Support engineering services can be provided at your premises on a temporary or even permanent basis. As you would expect, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be undertaken with each contract.
Software or hardware upgrade policies can be included in any of our service contracts, which contribute to the effectiveness of your lifecycle support planning at no extra cost.
It is possible for us to undertake Facility Management programmes and Hardware Asset Management initiatives to assist you with running your operation more smoothly. Regular meetings can be arranged to enable us to carry out preventative maintenance checks and discuss ways in which we can work together more effectively.
