is approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance who implement

The quality system is endorsed by the senior management team,
including the managing director and implemented by personnel
at all levels.
The quality manual is the source document, which establishes
the policy, objectives and philosophy of CSE Servelec along
with a description of the systems operated to ensure a logical
and systematic approach in the achievement of the desired
quality. The quality manual is supported by a range of CSE
Servelec standards, which provide more detail for some activities
to ensure consistency and that the requirements are understood
by appropriate staff.
CSE Servelec's proven expertise in project management is
complemented by detailed quality planning, which ensures a
structured and effective approach to satisfy the requirements
of the customer. Internal auditing is an integral part of
the culture of CSE Servelec and the results are used to increase
the effectiveness of processes.
